使用条款（EULA）

适用于「发条 ClockWork」iOS App　最后更新：2026 年 9 月 15 日

本应用通过 App Store 分发，除本条款外同时适用 Apple 的《标准最终用户许可协议》（Standard EULA）。若两者冲突，就该冲突部分以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。

1. 许可

我们授予你一项非独占、不可转让的许可，用于在你自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用，前提是遵守本条款与 App Store 的使用规则。

2. 免费版与专业版

• 免费版包含闹钟、日历、计时器/秒表、世界时钟、日期计算器等基础功能，并提供 30 天专业版功能试用。
• 专业版在此基础上解锁：倒计时、打卡、区间闹钟、响铃日历请假、世界时钟时间换算、闹钟随机铃声数量不限，以及后续新增的专业版功能。

3. 购买（一次买断）

• 专业版提供一次性买断（非消耗型内购）：¥20，一次购买，终身解锁专业版，不是订阅，不会自动续费。
• 费用在确认购买时从你的 Apple 账户一次性扣除，商店侧没有免费的试用期；免费体验来自 App 内提供的 30 天专业版试用。（各地区的实际价格与币种以 App Store 购买页显示为准。）
• 权益与你的 Apple 账户绑定，换机或重装后可用「恢复购买」找回。
• 退款由 Apple 处理，有需要请通过 Apple 支持申请；已完成的买断在 Apple 的退款政策之外不予单独退款。
• 若将来新增其它付费方式，我们会在此页同步更新说明。

4. 账号

登录为可选功能。你可以在 App 内随时注销账号（用户设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号）；注销会删除本机账号档案与成就、本机上的版本备份以及登录状态。iCloud 上的备份是否一并删除由你在注销弹窗里的复选框中勾选决定（默认保留，之后可在系统设置中删除）。

4.1 适用年龄

本应用适合 4 岁及以上用户使用，不含暴力、成人或赌博内容。登录账号与内购等操作需由成年人完成，或在监护人指导与同意下进行。

5. 重要提醒

• 请勿依赖本应用处理关键事务：闹钟/计时器依赖系统权限与系统调度，静音、勿扰、低电量、设备重启等情况可能影响响铃；不要把它作为唯一提醒手段用于重要会议、航班等场景。
• 节假日与调休数据来自公开信息，仅供参考，请以官方公告为准。
• 数据默认保存在本机，iCloud 备份为可选项；请自行保持备份开启或定期导出。

6. 可接受使用

不得对本应用进行反向工程、破解、绕过内购校验或专业版功能校验、批量滥用账号服务，或以违反适用法律的方式使用本应用。

7. 免责与责任限制

本应用按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用造成的间接损失、数据丢失或错过提醒承担责任。

8. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，更新后发布在本页面。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

This app is distributed via the App Store, so Apple's Standard EULA also applies; where the two conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails.

Free vs. Pro

The free tier includes alarms, calendar, timer/stopwatch, world clock and the date calculator, plus a 30-day Pro trial. Pro adds countdowns, check-in, interval alarms, custom leave schedules for the ringing calendar, world-clock time conversion and unlimited random alarm sounds, together with future Pro features.

Purchase (one-time unlock)

• Pro is sold as a one-time, non-consumable purchase (¥20): buy once, unlock Pro forever. It is not a subscription and never auto-renews.
• You are charged once by Apple at confirmation of purchase. There is no store-side free trial; the free experience comes from the 30-day Pro trial the app itself provides. (The actual price and currency shown on the App Store purchase page apply in each region.)
• The entitlement is tied to your Apple account — use “Restore Purchases” after switching devices or reinstalling.
• Refunds are handled by Apple; please contact Apple Support. If we add other purchase options later, we will update this page.

Account

Sign-in is optional. You can delete your account in-app (User Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account), which removes your local profile and achievements, the version backups on this device, and your sign-in state. Whether iCloud backups are deleted too is your choice via a checkbox in the dialog (kept by default; removable later in iOS Settings).

Age suitability

The app is suitable for ages 4 and up and contains no violent, adult or gambling content. Signing in or purchasing should be done by an adult, or with a guardian's guidance and consent.

Important

Do not rely on this app for critical reminders: alarms and timers depend on system permissions and scheduling, which can be affected by silent mode, Focus, low power or restarts. Holiday data comes from public sources and is for reference only. Your data lives on your device; iCloud backup is optional.

Acceptable use, liability, changes

No reverse engineering, cracking or bypassing purchase validation, and no unlawful use. The app is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or missed reminders. We may update these terms on this page. Contact: grimlock_zdh@163.com.
